Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the kx8011 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. kx8011 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount is unusually large or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
Players must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. General Bonus Rules

- Each promotional offer, unless stated otherwise, is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times using different accounts or payment details constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated funds and the closure of all related accounts.
- Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real cash. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms. Game Rules & Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kx8011 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your account balance and any pending winnings, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

Account Suspension & Closure
kx8011 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
- Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months or more;
- A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
If kx8011 closes your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms (for example, due to your own self-exclusion request or voluntary closure), any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will not be returned upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
